This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the use of or access to the Nemo Technology through its Nemo Driver Mobile application, defined herein this Policy, (hereinafter, collectively referred to as the “Platform” / “Mobile Application”), by the User (hereinafter “you” or “your”).
Before submitting your personal information through this Mobile Application, please read this Policy carefully. This Policy explains that how Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited, Mahindra Tower, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli Mumbai 400018 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “MLMML” or the “Company”) collects and process your personal data, how that information is used, maintained, shared, protected, possessed, and your rights for the purpose of your participation and consumption of services offered by us through our vehicle connectivity solution for the purpose of establishing connectivity between your device and vehicle. Personal data means any information that can be used to identify directly or indirectly a specific individual.
MLMML is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data (“Data”/“Information"). Your privacy is important to us.
“Nemo Technology” shall mean the proprietary technology developed by the Company and used for performance of this Mobile Application.
We endeavour to collect only such Information that is reasonably necessary to perform services for you or to respond to your inquiries.
During your visit and interaction with this mobile application, we will collect the following Information:
Personal and Vehicle Information : (Collected through App and at Dealer/Service Location)You are under no obligation to provide the Information that we ask you for. However, if you do not provide your Information, you will not be able to make use of the Mobile Application.

The withdrawal of your consent previously granted for the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the withdrawal. If you have consented to our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge. However, opting out will result in cessation of the services offered through the Mobile Application.
Right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India: You also have the right make a complaint to the Board, in such manner and as may be prescribed by the Data Protection Board of India.
For exercising any of your rights, you can contact us using the contact details provided in this Notice. We will need you to furnish proof of your identity before you can exercise these rights. We may not be able to process any request made in the event you fail to identify yourself or if we are unable to authenticate your identity.
We shall not charge you for fulfilling any of the above requests. However, if the fulfilment of any such request leads to certain costs being incurred by us, then we will notify you prior to processing such request. We may also decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, requiring disproportionate effort, jeopardizing the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical.
